A design you can explore

The four floor layouts follow the architect's 12 September 2026 drawing set (working drawings, door/window and electrical layouts). Doors, sliders and windows are placed from the door/window schedules; joinery follows the drawn recesses.

• The open kitchen and island follow the electrical drawing, which differs from the working drawing’s kitchen/store partition.
• The ground-floor parking, road, gardens, bathroom fit-out, lift, corrected red column and relocated bedroom almirah reflect the owner’s review.
• The second- and third-floor balconies retain an opening in front of the common stair for conversation between floors. The third-floor rear balcony has glass protection without the earlier masonry band.
• The rooftop cinema is a design proposal facing the mumty wall below the tanks.
• Furniture, rugs, art, plants, materials, facade treatments and decorative lights are proposed design choices. Electrical symbols are not reproduced as a certified installation layout.
• Floor-to-floor height is assumed at 3.048 m (10 ft), slab thickness at 127 mm and parapets at 1.067 m. Sections and elevations are needed to confirm vertical dimensions.
• Opening positions include approximate placements from tags. Room extents and joinery are schematic; this is not a fabrication or construction model.
